This, of course, means that you can receive extra money simply by inviting your friends and other webmasters to work with us through advertisements!

The base rate for each new referral is 15%, but it will be automatically raised to 20% once your referral earns only $50 per month! In the same way the rate will be raised to 25% once your referral's monthly income reaches $250.

Everyone is guaranteed free downloads without any geo restrictions.
Each and every successfully completed download is calculated by us.
Downloads that are not calculated include files smaller than 5MB and downloads made by the owner of the account.
Downloads from guests and free registered users are calculated as one unique download per each unique IP for every 24 hours. In other words, two different downloads with the same IP will be counted as two qualified downloads in this case.
Downloads from premium users are calculated as one download per each unique IP for every 24 hours. In other words, two different downloads with the same IP will be counted as one qualified downloads in this case.
Your uploads must meet our terms of service. Copyright infringement is prohibited.

You're able to change your program type between 60% revenue share and pay-per-download only after the first completed payout. There won't be any limits for switching following this. Once the change has been made, the new program type will be applied the next day.
A payment request may be presented at any time after you've reached the minimum of $50 via Paypal. You will be able to set your own fixed schedule for payments after the first completed payout.
Investigating the sources of the traffic that goes into your files is a right that we reserve. Cheating downloads and manipulating our system in any way is expressly prohibited.
Chargebacks, as well as refunds, are deducted from the account balance for partnership program type.
Opt-in files distribution by email, online messengers, etc are classified as SPAM and are expressly prohibited.
